Limited Warranty

This item may not be the most exciting, but it is undoubtedly one of the most crucial products available in our store. To qualify for a warranty on your Haircut Box, it must be obtained at the time of purchase and will remain valid for 180 days from the original purchase date. Please note that this warranty applies to a single replacement product only and covers any defects in the materials or workmanship of the product. For clippers and trimmers, a full replacement is available, but the customer must cover shipping costs. For scissors and texturing shears, a full replacement is available, and the customer is also responsible for shipping costs.

What is Covered:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in these products.

• Clippers and trimmers: Full replacement.

• Scissors and Texturing shears: Full replacement.
  (Customer pays shipping costs)

How to get warranty service:

Contact the seller via email (hello@thehaircutbox.com) and discuss the warranty options. Next, deliver the complete product to the sellers address (2140 E 200 N, Saint Anthony, Idaho 83445) with a note of what was previously discussed, the order number, and return name and address and email you want the invoice for shipping to be sent to. Pay the invoice for the shipping costs in the email that will be sent. Seller will then in turn send you a new product.

What this warranty does not cover:

Any tools and products outside of the 180 days from original purchase date. If you do have issues after the warranty please contact Ashlie via email (hello@thehaircutbox) and discounts for purchasing new tools will be discussed.

Limitation on Liability.

The Haircut Box shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. No other express warranties apply. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of The Haircut Box.
