Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. There will be a $15 restocking fee on all returned boxes.
Please contact us at hello@thehaircutbox.com to initiate the return. Wait for a response BEFORE you ship your box back to us. Include a note with your full name, email, and order number in the returned box as well as on the email to us. When you send your box box you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please package it carefully so products aren’t damaged and to avoid additional charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected and passed your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There will be a $15 restocking fee on all returned boxes.
Refunds are not allowed on any used item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item until a replacement is shipped out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the first week. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 2140 E 200 N, Saint Anthony ID 83445, United States. You will be required to pay for shipping.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2140 E 200 N, Saint Anthony ID 83445, United States and include a note with your name, order number, email, phone number, and what needs to be done with the order. If there is no note we will not have the information needed to move forward with the refund/exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
