This warranty covers a single replacement for defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring your tools stay top-notch.
What's Covered:
  • Clippers and Trimmers: Full replacement (customer pays shipping).
  • Scissors and Texturing Shears: Full replacement (customer pays shipping).
How to Get Warranty Service:
  1. Email us at hello@thehaircutbox.com to discuss warranty options. Will not respond via DM about warranty.
  2. Send the product to:
    2140 E 200 N, Saint Anthony, Idaho 83445
    Include the order number, a note on the discussed issue, full name, email, and your return details.
  3. Pay the shipping invoice sent via email. We’ll then ship your replacement.
What’s Not Covered:
  • Items outside the 180-day warranty period. If issues arise after this period, contact Ashlie at hello@thehaircutbox.com for discounts on new tools.
